But as I got going and I brought this to corporate, I began to think a lot of people see, even in those circles SEALs, marines, rangers, athletes we've kind of confused physical toughness with mental toughness.

So a lot of people think if I just do one more push up, or I'm going the extra mile or I'm going to grit, that's physical toughness.

Mental toughness is getting control of your mind and your will and emotions right.
